People participating in his private sessions or group teachings may experience energy movement or other physical, mental, or emotional sensations. Each person is at all times free to make their own choices and may terminate his services at any time. Kane does not accept responsibility for the choices his clients make based upon information provided to them during private sessions or group teachings (whether recorded or live). Kane reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Kane does not claim to be able to predict an individual's future. Kane does not answer "what should I do?" questions in accordance with personal sovereignty and free will. Kane does not warrant or guarantee any result of any kind.

Privacy Policy

All details from personal appointments are kept confidential to the fullest extent allowed by law.  Personal information such as your name, telephone number, address, email address and all payment related information is confidential. Kane will not disclose confidential information unless required by law. Information provided to Kane is not considered privileged or exempt from mandatory disclosure by a court of law or law enforcement agency.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your session at anytime, however we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Kane will not hold a new session if a payment has not been made for a previous session. No refunds for completed sessions will be made. No refunds will be made for workshop recording purchases. Refunds will be made upon request prior to the start of a live workshop (online or in person) you have signed up and paid for, however no refunds will be offered once the workshop has begun and or finished.
