Basic Mindful Flow Meditation
Close your eyes and be aware of your breath. Be aware of your breath as you begin to feel a subtle waterfall of liquid light flowing through you. Allow it to simply flow as you relax your mind and your body. Take a few deep natural breaths as you relax your mind and body even more.
You may say,
"May any unwanted energies that are not of my own being clear from me now. Thank you."
Allow as it clears away.
Now be aware of a mental, emotional or sensation energy of your own. Name it. Feel it. Do not deny it. Do not identify with it. Do not judge it. Simply be aware of it. Be the observer of it. Know it is simply old unexpressed energy expressing through you now under the Light of your Awareness.
You may say,
“I acknowledge and allow this to be expressed through me and clear away from any part of my body, energy and consciousness on any and all levels in any and all ways.”
Allow it to express itself out of existence as it dissolves under the Light of your Awareness. Allow it to dissolve and flow up, out and away like smoke through a chimney. Up, out and away towards the sky. Feel it happening.
Allow as it clears away. And as you begin to feel lighter, feel the waterfall flowing through you and replenishing you, replacing that old energy with your own Light.
You may say,
"May all that I need flow into and through me now. Thank you."
Allow for a few moments as the flow of colors, frequencies and vibrations flow into and through you as a flow of renewal. As it flows through you, allow your chakras to rotate faster and open wider as your auras get brighter and expand. Feel waves of light radiate from you in all directions as they get brighter, wider and stronger.
*Optional: You may also extend your arms in front of you with relaxed elbows and wrists, and bring your palms close together as if holding a ball of air. Then imagine/visualize/intend a little you inside your cupped hands. Allow the healing flow from your hands to flow to the little you. You may also choose to visualize a small Earth between your hands and channel healing energies to it.
Allow your Flow to then flow down into the Earth as it deepens and widens your energetic roots. After a few moments feel the Earth energies lovingly respond by flowing upwards through you, nourishing you like it would a tree. Feel your tree get stronger and taller as its canopy reaches higher and opens wider. Feel this sense of renewal and nourishment as a warm feeling of gratitude naturally swells in your heart.
You may say,
"Thank you Source, Oneness, Healing Energies, Earth Energies and Highest Assistance for the highest levels of balancing, harmonization and protection available to me now. Thank you."
Bring your palms together in front of your chest and touch your thumbs to your chest bone. Allow yourself to feel the warmth of golden light of divine spark in the core of your heart. Commune with it as you feel it get brighter and warmer as it expands. Allow it to expand until it surrounds you and radiates golden warmth, love and blessings in all directions. Meditate in the Flow and within this golden light for as long as you like.
And smile :)
Basic Qi Qong to Improve Flow
Expanding Awareness: Touch the tip of your right indicator finger to your thumb. Feel the sensation of the touch. Be present with it. Do the same with the left hand. Be present with it. Then be aware and present with both sensations at the same time to the same degree of attention. Then simultaneously feel and be present with a shining light in the middle of your head, like a sphere of light sitting in your pineal gland. Allow that light of awareness to expand from within your head in all directions. Allow it to expand as it encompasses your house, then your neighborhood, city, state, country and the whole globe. It continues expanding through the solar system, galaxy and universe as it dissolves into the background field of awareness. Be aware that you are the awareness in which the universe resides in.
