This Flow of our higher levels of consciousness and energies is meant to be naturally flowing through all of us at all times. However, besides unnatural levels of disconnection, we also contend with the accumulated energetic, emotional and mental "mud and debris" in our chakras, channels and fields that prevent it from flowing freely through us like a subtle river or waterfall of "Liquid Light", thus hampering our natural ability to clear, heal, balance and transform on many levels.
